There are other auto repair shop sites that claim to have very qualified shops. However, those shops, for the most part, were recruited by email or phone.

We did not do that. 100% of the shops in our network have been visited by ARC owners and management. We have met each of these owners. We see exactly how they do business. There are many shops we have chosen not to put on this site. But if we would be glad to have our own cars repaired by a shop, we worked to get them on our list.
